Smart Applications Management (SAM) is a not for profit, membership organisation, created to help local councils, commercial bus operators and other public sector bodies realise the benefits of ITSO smart ticketing. By pooling resources and expertise, they have been able to access best in class services and systems at an affordable price for members and since their creation in 2010, they have grown into the UK’s largest independent ITSO smart ticketing Managed Service provider. They have also hosted a new National Procurement Framework for smart and integrated ticketing services and goods, enabling simpler procurement processes.

We created SAM's new logo and developed a brand to permeate through their website into off-line print too. The website is fresh, clean and offers SAM complete control over their content.
