ISO 9001 is Quality Management System standard and helps organizations deliver consistently high services for customers.
Imaginet had a successful audit of all areas of the business in December 2015 and the certification was given on 14th January 2016.
During the audit, Imaginet had to show how we continually monitor and manage quality across all our operations, as well as outlining ways to always deliver a consistent performance and service. Key areas that were reviewed in depth include:
- The Consultation and sales process
- Project management and customer communications
- Design and technical processes
- Ongoing support services
- Finances and supplier engagement
Essentially, every area of the business was reviewed in depth as well as providing evidence of how we measuring quality and success against KPIs.
